Summary
InnoFlight is provided as-is for educational and recreational use with DJI Tello-family drones (Tello EDU and RoboMaster TT / Tello Talent). You are responsible for operating your drone safely and legally. Drones can crash, damage property, and injure people. You accept those risks. We are not liable for damage caused by drone flight. Hong Kong law governs these terms.
By installing or using the InnoFlight app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
InnoCrafters Group Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iPads you personally own or control, for your personal, educational, or non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
- blockReverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- blockModify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- blockRent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- blockRemove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- blockUse the App in violation of any applicable law.
The App contains open-source components governed by their own licenses. See our Legal Notices for attributions.

Hardware Requirement
The App is designed to control DJI Tello-family drones, including the RoboMaster TT (also marketed as Tello Talent, and the App's default drone model) and the Tello EDU. These drones are sold separately by DJI or its distributors. You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining your drone, including charging batteries, performing firmware updates via DJI's tools, and any repairs.
Some features — including LED matrix, LED lighting, and motor blocks — depend on RoboMaster TT (Tello SDK 3.0) hardware and firmware and are not available on all models. The App does not guarantee that any particular drone, firmware version, or feature combination will be supported.
InnoFlight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliates. Tello, Tello EDU, RoboMaster, and RoboMaster TT are trademarks of DJI.
You agree to operate your drone, and use the App to do so, responsibly and lawfully. Specifically you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
in the jurisdiction where you fly, including aviation laws, drone registration requirements, no-fly zones, and altitude limits. In Hong Kong, refer to the Civil Aviation Department's Small Unmanned Aircraft rules.
Not fly recklessly.
Maintain visual line-of-sight; do not fly over crowds, near airports, in restricted airspace, in poor weather, after dark (unless permitted), or while intoxicated.
Not fly near people, animals, or sensitive property
in a manner that could cause injury or damage.
Respect privacy.
Do not use the App or the drone's camera to record or photograph people in private settings without their consent, or in violation of any applicable privacy law.
Use the App for its intended purpose
(educational, recreational, learning visual programming and flight with drones). Do not use it for surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
Supervise children.
If the operator is a minor, an adult should supervise drone flight and setup.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF:

We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with future iPadOS versions, future drone firmware, or future DJI SDK changes. Safety-related features (including but not limited to low-battery gating, altitude gating, crash detection, connection-loss handling, and emergency stop) are best-effort aids only; they depend on drone telemetry and firmware behavior, may not trigger in all conditions, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for safe, attentive piloting.

Limitation of Liability — Drone Operation

Drone operation carries inherent risks. Drones can:
- boltCrash due to user error, environmental conditions (wind, rain, signal interference), drone hardware failure, drone firmware bugs, App bugs, or any combination of these.
- boltDamage themselves, other property (buildings, vehicles, furniture, other drones), or third-party property.
- boltCause personal injury to operators, bystanders, animals, or anyone else in the vicinity, including from spinning propellers.
- boltBe lost (fly away, land in inaccessible locations, sink in water).
You acknowledge and accept that:
- checkYou are solely responsible for the safe operation of your drone.
- checkYou are solely responsible for any damage to person or property caused by your drone, whether or not caused by use of the App.
- checkThe App is one input to the drone control system. The drone's own hardware, firmware, and physical environment ultimately determine flight behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnoCrafters and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for:
- blockLoss, damage, or destruction of the drone.
- blockDamage to any other property caused by the drone.
- blockPersonal injury caused by the drone, including bodily injury or death.
- blockLoss of data (programs, Time Trial / Mission Log entries, settings, photos, or videos).
- blockLost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or any other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- blockAny damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App. (For free downloads, this amount is HKD 0.00 / USD 0.00.)
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. To the extent any portion of this section is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder remains in full force.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InnoCrafters and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

- check_circleYour breach of these Terms.
- check_circleYour violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
- check_circleAny property damage or personal injury caused by your drone.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: the App collects no personal data, uses no analytics, and shares no information with anyone. Everything you create stays on your iPad.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your iPad.
Sections 4 (Disclaimer), 5 (Limitation of liability), 6 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing law), and 13 (Severability) survive termination.

Updates to the App
We may release updates to the App via the Apple App Store. We do not guarantee that future updates will be backwards-compatible with saved programs, missions, logs, settings, or any feature in this version. We recommend keeping the App updated to receive bug fixes and compatibility improvements.

Changes to These Terms
If we update these Terms, we will publish the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after the revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the App's release notes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

Apple App Store Terms
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern as to App Store distribution; these Terms govern as to your use of the App itself.
You and InnoCrafters acknowledge that these Terms are between you and InnoCrafters only, and not with Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnoCrafters concerning the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
